REQUIRED DANCE WEAR
Availabe For Purchase at Our Retail Store. Please inquire at the Front Desk.

We strongly enforce our dress code at Las Vegas School of Dance & Music. Students not in correct attire will be asked to sit out of class and will not be allowed to participate. Having a dress code helps the instructor’s correct alignment and helps them see when students are not doing movements correctly.

Ballet:
Pink or black leotard (any style) with pink or black ballet skirt
Pink tights
Hair in a bun
Pink ballet shoes
Pink or black ballet sweater (during winter months)

Tap:
Black tap shoes
Black jazz pants or shorts
Las Vegas School of Dance & Music t‐shirt or black tank top

Creative Dance & Ballet/tap/acro:
Any color leotard and skirt
Pink tights and pink ballet shoes (no slippers allowed, must be ballet shoes)
Black tap shoes (if applicable)
Hair must be up and out of the face preferably in a bun

Jazz & Jazz/ hip hop:
Black jazz shoes (jazz/hip hop can wear black jazz sneakers)
Black jazz pants or leggings
Black leotard, black tank top, or Las Vegas School of Dance & Music t‐shirt
Hair in a ponytail

Hip Hop & Breakdancing:
Las Vegas School of Dance & Music t‐shirt
Black sweat pants or black cargo pants (NO JEANS)
Tennis shoes (shoes must be worn only in the dance studio and not used as street shoes)

Cheerleading:
Black sofee shorts or black jazz pants/leggings
Las Vegas School of Dance & Music t‐shirt or black tank top
Tennis shoes (must be worn only in the dance studio and not used as street shoes)
Hair in a ponytail

Ballroom/Salsa:
Las Vegas School of Dance & Music t‐shirt
Black jazz pants
Salsa shoes (or jazz shoes)
